Zhao Ye (Zoey)
Company CEO and Co-founder

Zoey, a Chinese-American visionary leader, has steered the company towards data and AI-driven long-term growth. With a rich multinational background, including stints in Silicon Valley, Israel, and China, and previous roles at HP, Destrator, and Intrinsyc, Zoey brings extensive experience. Her expertise in machine learning has solidified her reputation in the field.

Chen Wendong (Mike)
CTO and Co-founder

Mike is a leader in machine learning and data mining, propelling the company to lead in AI advertising applications. Under his guidance, the use of synthetic data has emerged as a novel solution, enhancing industry and consumer insights for advertising clients. His innovative technical strategies have been pivotal in developing BrightLake's core technologies. Previously, Mike was instrumental in various startups specializing in data mining and machine learning.

Bryan Jennings
Chief Financial Officer

Bryan Jennings is an accomplished financial executive with over 35 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance, with a significant focus on the technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors. Previously, Jennings served as CFO at LifeSci Advisors, TME Pharma (formerly NOXXON), and held CFO roles for several biotech and healthcare companies, including Peptilogics, KAHR Bio, Beren Therapeutics, Rational Vaccines, and Chemomab. In these positions, he was responsible for capital formation, M&A, finance, accounting, investor relations, HR, and administrative functions, often leading significant capital raises and building out finance operations. Earlier in his career, Jennings was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Americas at Morgan Stanley for 20 years, and began his career as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He also served as CEO of Vista Capital Advisors, a New York-based broker-dealer. Jennings holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Political Science & Economics from Williams College. He is licensed with Series 7, 63, and 24 certifications. Throughout his career, Jennings has been recognized for his expertise in capital raising, corporate strategy, and building high-performing finance teams in both public and private companies across the US and international markets.
